This is my most recent song. I didn't do my hair today...hence the hoodie. I wear a hood all day long on occasion...when I'm not going anywhere. :) Anyway...new song. Pretty simple. No name yet. It's kind of different from songs I've written before. Not all songs can have happy endings.

Yesterday

Marked two years since I've been home from my mission.



I loved the experience. I love the people I met. I love the memories I made. I especially love the lessons I learned.

Theme Song

I love this song. I can't express the emotions it stirs within me. I think it's absolutely beautiful. I hope one day I can say the same words the last verse says. If I can, this will be the theme song for my life.

Eggs and thoughts

You know that part in "Runaway Bride"?



My problem is, I love all the eggs. All of them. I love eggs. LOVE them.

I feel this way with thoughts.



I'm a deep thinker. People tell me I think too much. That I need to get out of my head. I love thoughts and ideas. I'm always seeking people's opinions, approval, thoughts, ideas. What are my thoughts? Which ones do I believe?

How do you sort through thoughts and choose the ones you like? They're not quite like eggs...

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, SATURDAY I'm HOME! I love Oregon! Four more complete days until I'm with the fam. Can't wait!

An end in sight...

After a full year of non-stop school, I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel. After this week I'll have completed all the classes necessary for graduation. I now need to complete an internship. Let's hope I find one...
